Another Rite of Passage
I totally did this when I was little. Oh and it was fun! So when we moved into our new home that has stairs, of course, I told my kids how to do it. They were trying to slide down with out any props. I just couldn't keep quiet. I had to tell them the secret to really go fast. It was great to watch them and remember the good old days.

That's so cute. I remember doing that, too. We'd do somersaults down the stairs (we were pretty stupid and lucky we didn't kill ourselves, lol).

Yes, I love that picture of Elena, too. I think my kids used to come down the stairs in sleeping bags and/or blankets. What fun!
So fun! Can I come over and try it? My mom never let us do that.
