4th of July

houston banned all fireworks because of the drought. So this year we had to come up with some fun with out fireworks. We ened up buying a grill, a little cheap baby pool, water balloons, and water squirters. Lulu liked it but she was a little leery of all the action from the older kids.

After the kids had ran out of water balloons uncle Joe went out and sprayed them down on the tramp. They had a lot of fun with him.
Since Joe was with the older kids the little ones got to play in the pool without being taken over by the older ones. Aidan like playing in the pool. Lulu thought it was okay.

It really turned out to be a lot of fun for us!

Beginning of Summer

We started the summer with swimming lessons and art classes. We really tried to stick to a schedule and work on getting things done. What I mean is, we had so much time to get our chores done, homework, and piano. Then when that was all done we could have some fun! Here is Hyrum with two little frogs they played with at the swimming lessons.Their teacher had a duckling show up on there door step so the kids one day got to swim and play with it. They LOVED it!

This one was taken with my phone and it must of been dirty! But anyway, here we are at Sweet Tomatoes. Hyrum decided he really didn't want to be in the picture.
Lu didn't mind though!

Baptism Card

I know this card is not perfect. It felt like a really long time since I had made a card so this one was really hard to make. I kept making mistake after mistake! Anyway here it is.
These pictures I wanted just for our family. They really showcase her true personality.

Adelyn's Baptism Day

Her big day arrived! We took a picture afterwards of the family that came for the baptism.Beth and my mom came to celebrate the event.
Grandma and Grandpa come also.
You know now that I look at this picture Elena kinda looks like her Grandma Hausen?!

Water Day at School

Adelyn forgot to take some extra clothes to school. So I load up the little ones and headed over to bring her some. I ended up decided that since I was already there I might as well stay and help. Luckily, it was outside and there was so much action going on that Leslie was preoccupied just watching that I could help.I don't even want to attempt that!

Adelyn's teacher asked me if I had been a teacher before. I just laughed and said that is what happens when you have alot of kids!
Hyrum also joined in on the fun. He really thought he was part of the group.
I love that kid!!
