Beautiful Children
I am not sure I will be able to take their yearly photo shoot outside this year. The baby might have other plans like sleeping and crying. So I decided to take these now. I know the background is not as pretty. But at least they are done. I made these hats and have one for Leslie also. I hope to add a picture with her soon with her little hat.
Grandpa Hausen Came for a Visit
These photo's were taken by Grandpa Hausen. He came for a wedding but got to stay with us. We went to the park and walked around.

Practice with Lights Again
Adelyn is always up for being my guinea pig.
This time she wanted to take the picture instead of being in it. I tried my best to hide my big belly.

Hyrum and his daddy now have something in common. They both like to play with fake guns!
Don has joined a group of guys who play every weekend.
I am glad he can make fun of himself with out my help.

Sometimes I get a request to take a picture of my kids with their toys.
And sometimes the request is to just take a picture of the toys.
But I like to sneak a picture of just the kids.
Christmas Morning
We have a tradition that the kids have to wait till everyone is ready to come down stairs. Here they are waiting for their slow poke daddy to be ready.
I wanted them to take a picture with their favorite toys they got. In this photo Hyrum is mad that he doesn't fit on the bench with his sisters.

Brazo Park
We went to Brazo Park to go see the alligators. It turned out nicely. But before we hiked around the lake we went to a book reading and little petting area. The kids got to touch snakes and baby alligators. Then a park ranger read them a book on raccoons.
Elena has always had a fascination with bugs. I have tried to put an end to that! Well at least she knows not to touch spiders. She found this caterpillar and wanted to keep it. I love Hyrum's face in this photo.
We saw quite a few alligators out sun bathing. They were right next to the trail. My mom was freaking out about the kids. I thought I was overly protective! Luckily there were 3 kids and 3 adults.
These were just for fun.
