I have really been wanted to try my hand at studio photography. I just want to be able to take pictures of my family and not have to go to Jcpenney's (or anywhere else). Here are some shots I just took and edited for fun. I am in the early learning stage, so be nice. ;)
Um, hello, I looooove how you placed everything! My arrangement looked like crappola compared to yours! lol
I love the overalls with it.
About the wrinkles in the backdrop (I kinda like how they add to the old fashioned feel) but if you want to get rid of them I read you have to spray down the backdrop and let it airdry. It'll probably take forever here with the humidity so I don't know if you want to try that.
The ones on the white (felt?) are gorgeous. I can't believe how pretty Addy looks there. Really, she just looks beautiful! Do you have any pictures of yourself as a child? I'd like to see them sometime if you do.
Oh and I like all the black and white and sepia effects. Are those options in PSE6 or did you find a tutorial?
Wow! I'm impressed. What did you do for lighting? Being a good photographer really takes talent, you're doing great! Hey, I'm also impressed with the b-day cake. McKenzie has a b-day in July and I was thinking of trying the same thing. Any tips? P.S. Heather is doing great. She just finished school and has two little boys. Matt is teaching band at S.F.
I am from St. Anthony Idaho and I loved growing up there. I had a great childhood. I had the best of friends and the community was a wonderful LDS filled area. I couldn't have asked for more. Now I am in Houston with a great husband and 3 kids who fill my life with love.
